Payments can be made through the available secure payment gateways or Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges.
4. Order Process
After placing an order, you will receive an email/SMS confirmation with order details.
All orders are handled after successful payment clearance, excluding COD purchases.
Zahra Rubab reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspicious activity, stock unavailability, or incorrect pricing.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan and selected international locations.
Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
Zahra Rubab is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or natural events.
6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our luxury clothing, returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items delivered.
All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours after receiving your order.
All returns must be unused and in original packaging, with tags properly attached and no signs of wear.
Customized or made-to-order outfits are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Refunds, once sanctioned, will be issued to the same payment method used at purchase within 7–10 business days.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website—including designs, images, logos, text, and product photography—are the intellectual property of Zahra Rubab.
